What is fax to email?
In short, it means receiving faxes sent to you as email attachments instead of the traditional print on paper. Faxes are converted to electronic images and will arrive as attachments in the form of TIFF or PDF images.

Using The Fax to Email Service
You receive faxes as email attachments. You can then treat the fax as any other TIFF or PDF image. You can easily view the fax, save it to disk if you require or even print a copy. If it is something unimportant, you can delete it at the click of a button. You can also forward the fax through email to other employees without photocopying it.
Hardware and Software Requirements
The obvious question after reading this far is whether user need to purchase any new software or hardware.
The answer is No. Most operating systems come with an image viewer which can be used to view the faxes. As long as you can receive Email you can receive faxes and there are plenty of other image viewers available on the internet.
Fax to Email Pricing
Three options are available: 0870 numbers, 0871 numbers or 0207 numbers. Obviously the 0207 number has the additional cachet of seeming to be a London location.
The 0870 option works out at less than 10p per day, the London number works out at around 41p per day - much less than a cup of coffee and considerably cheaper than having a real London location.
